How To Use

 

Proper assembly of Swing Advantage is important for your safety and to achieve optimum performance and results. Follow these simple step-by-step instructions or click on the link to view our Getting Started demonstration video.

 

  1. Remove Swing Advantage from the packaging.
  2. Insert Resistance Band into the Leg Harness. You'll notice there are three colored Resistance Bands (Red = Phase 1, Blue = Phase 2, Black = Phase 3). Select the appropriate band for your training level and insert it by stretching the band (narrowing the band diameter) and sliding it into the slot on the aligned tracking head. Give a slight tug on the band to make sure it is securely attached. Make sure the band is not pinched in the plastic slot or it will not perform properly.
  3. For right-handed golfers, position the Swing Advantage unit in the middle of the top of your left thigh and as high up your left leg as possible. The Swing Advantage logo should be on the outside edge of your left thigh. PLEASE NOTE: The leg strap attachment knobs of the Leg Harness should be on the outside of your left thigh. Attach each leg strap (upper and lower) to the corresponding attachment knob and tighten the leg strap to achieve a firm fit.
  4. For left-handed golfers, position the Swing Advantage unit in the middle of the top of your right thigh and as high up your right leg as possible. The Swing Advantage logo should be on the outside edge of your right thigh. PLEASE NOTE: The leg strap attachment knobs of the Leg Harness should be on the outside of your right thigh. Attach each leg strap (upper and lower) to the corresponding attachment knob and tighten the leg strap to achieve a firm fit.
  5. Adjust both leg straps by simply releasing the Velcro strap and pulling tightly to secure to your leg.
  6. Extend the Tracking Head by simply pulling it away from your body.
  7. Attach the Club Attachment Strap to the end of your golf club grip by inserting the club handle through the Velcro loop. Firmly pull the strap and secure it to the Velcro for a tight fit. Make sure the loop is securely attached before attempting a swing. To test, pull the Club Attachment Strap away from the grip and make sure it doesn't shift.
  8. After your Swing Advantage training, detach the Club Attachment Strap from your golf club, fold down the Tracking Head and place the unit in the custom carrying case.
