SA TRAINING MODE - SIDE VIEW
Launch Position
With the Swing Advantage training system anchoring you in place, a full shoulder turn will keep your back pointed towards the target. The tension of band stabilizes your head so it remains behind the ball and aligns your wrist so the clubface is square at the top.
Impact Position
As the tension of the SA training system band carries your hands through the swing, your head remains behind the ball with arms fully extended. The band guides your left wrist so it is pointing at the target and entire left side of body is aligned through impact.
Follow Through
In follow through position, the SA training system continues to calibrate the swing, aligning the right side of the body while guiding weight transfer to the left side. Note that the right foot is vertical and the band has kept shoulders virtually square and in alignment with the shaft angle.
SA TRAINING MODE - REAR VIEW
Launch Position
From behind the golfer, you can see that the right shoulder and hip are kept in direct alignment over the right heel. The SA band keeps right arm in alignment with the angle of the spine. Arms are in front of the body with the left wrist matching the clubface angle.
Impact Position
Arms are fully extended and pulled through the plane underneath the shoulders. Shaft angle matches the address position and head is behind the ball.
Follow Through
Shoulders are on top of hips and hips are square to the target. Right shoulder, hip and heel all match.
COMPETITION MODE - SIDE VIEW
Launch Position
After repetitive swings with the SA training system, you can see that the unaided golfer is now creating the perfect golf flag in launch position. Back is facing the target and the arms are in front of the body. Clubface is square at the top.
Impact Position
Muscle memory keeps head behind the ball, increasing velocity through the point of impact with arms fully extended and entire left side of the body in perfect alignment.
Follow Through
Left elbow is pointing down to the ground. Shoulders are level and right shoulder and hip are directly on top of each other.
COMPETITION MODE - REAR VIEW
Address Position
Arms are hanging directly under the shoulders at address preparing for an athletic takeaway.
Launch Position
Arms and spine angle match perfectly. Shoulders and hips are on top of each other contributing to a great takeaway.
Impact Position
Arms are fully extended with head behind the ball. Left hand is pointing towards target with the clubface being heel toe square at impact. Note that the golfer has returned to the perfect position he began the swing with at address.
Follow Through
Shoulders and hips are level to each other while right foot is vertical and hips point towards our target, completing the Perfect Swing.
