At Swing Advantage Golf LLC your satisfaction is always guaranteed. We know it's sometimes necessary to return or exchange an item.
We want to make it easy. Return or exchange your Swing Advantage Golf unit by mail and we will reimburse you for the reasonable cost of shipping. Just include your shipping receipt with your return. Please be sure to insure your return shipping, as we cannot accept returns of goods damaged by your conduct or in return shipping. Please be sure to include your original order number or invoice with your returned product to ensure prompt processing of your return.

Swing Advantage Golf LLC One Year Limited Warranty
LIMITED WARRANTY
Swing Advantage Golf LLC warrants to the original consumer purchaser that this product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase of the product from Swing Advantage Golf LLC. This warranty does not apply to the two parts of the Swing Advantage designed to wear with use and which may degrade more rapidly based on exposure to the elements and use, the rubber bands and insert pads. If this product fails to conform to the aforementioned warranty during normal use within one (1) year after the date of purchase from Swing Advantage Golf LLC, you should contact Swing Advantage Golf LLC at the address, phone number, or e-mail address below for a return authorization and shipping instructions for the return. Upon receipt of a defective product as covered by this warranty, Swing Advantage Golf LLC will at its option and as your sole remedy, repair or replace this product with the then current model of such product. This warranty does not apply to damage or failure resulting from or caused by (1) accident, neglect, or abuse; (2) acts of God; (3) unauthorized modification or repair of the product; (4) failure to use the product according to the included instructions and/or good personal judgment; (5) use of the product other than for its intended purposes; (6) use of the product with any attachments not provided by Swing Advantage Golf LLC, other than golf clubs as intended; or (7) commercial use of the product.
DISCLAIMER/LIMITATION ON WARRANTIES
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES. SWING ADVANTAGE GOLF LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES FOR PRODUCTS THAT ARE PURCHASED FROM SELLERS OTHER THAN SWING ADVANTAGE GOLF LLC. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THIS WARRANTY, SWING ADVANTAGE GOLF LLC MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THIS PRODUCT, AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE APPLICABLE TO THIS PRATICULAR PRODUCT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR MERCHANTABILITY, ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE ONE (1) YEAR PERIOD OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY AS STATED. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY IN THIS AGREEMENT, SWING ADVANTAGE GOLF LLC SHALL BEAR NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE THAT RESULTS FROM IMPROPER USE OF THE PRODUCT. IF YOU HAVE ANY CONCERNS REGARDING YOUR PHYSICAL ABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, PLEASE CONSULT A DOCTOR BEFORE USE. ANY WARRANTY OBLIGATION BY SWING ADVANTAGE GOLF LLC IS NON-TRANSFERABLE TO A THIRD PARTY. Swing Advantage Golf LLC’s total liability to you in connection with this product, regardless of how said liability arises, shall be expressly limited to the amount paid for this product by you. You may have additional statutory rights beyond the scope of this Limited Warranty, which may vary from state to state, in which case this warranty does not affect your statutory rights unless permitted by law. This Limited Warranty is valid only in the United States.
